OUR TEAM
Eric Moraczewski
CEO
At the helm of FDI Strategies, LLC is Eric Moraczewski whose background is in running the finances and operations in a variety of business environments both in the US and abroad. Eric has foreign direct investment experience in Asia, working to set up corporations in Singapore and China and growing business around the world. In addition, he has mentored companies setting up business both domestically and internationally, as well as been asked to speak on cross-border accounting practices.
Eric holds a BSBA in Marketing and Finance from Saint Louis University and is currently enrolled in the Executive MBA Program for Washington University in St. Louis and set to graduate in early 2016.
Alex Tsai
Managing Director, China
Alex has broad expertise in international business for more than 20 years, and in the past 10 years he has assisted US multinational corporations in China with joint-venture formation, corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions in the technology, healthcare, logistics, industrial and automotive sectors, completing more than US$500 million worth of transactions.
Alex was Managing Director with ChinaVest, the oldest merchant bank in China and China banking partner of Wells Fargo Bank. Before his career in investment banking, Alex was an operations executive with Texas Instruments and International Rectifier in the US, Europe, and Singapore.
Alex holds a MS in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University, BS in Chemistry from the University of California, and a General Manager Program Certificate from Harvard Business School.
Chenbo Yan
Public Relations Manager

Chenbo comes to FDI Strategies after working in several roles for the International Center of Worcester, the most recent being the Communications Manager. With prior work done at Clark University and the Neusoft Group in Dalian, China.
Chenbo recently received her Master's in Public Communications from Clark University after receiving her undergraduate degree from Changchun University of Science and Technology in Software Engineering and Digital Media.
Rick Redella
Director of Business Development
Rick is a faculty member at the University of Colorado, where he teaches in the Bachelor of Innovation Course Curriculum. Prior to teaching at the University of Colorado, Rick also taught at Lake Forest College in their MBA program.
Rick founded American Business Systems (Computer software) in 1982 and took ABS international in 1997 with offices in Paris, France. He was also fortunate to have started two other ventures, American Business Technologies, and Woodland Springs Inc (Commercial Water Treatment…Culligan).
Rick holds both an MBA Marketing and BS In Natural Sciences from Xavier University Cincinnati Ohio.
