Non Profit Strategy
The CityArchRiver project was a $380 million renovation of the Gateway Arch National Park and surrounding grounds. This project was the largest Public-Private Partnership in National Park Service History, the largest amount of private funding ever to go into a National Park ($221 million of the $380 million was private funding) and the first time ever a local population chose to tax themselves to help fund a National Park (St. Louis City and St. Louis County).
In this project we led the Gateway Arch Park Foundation into a conservancy, assisted in building a strategy, re-branding the Foundation, building a membership program, ran an intensive National and International PR campaign and dramatically grew the social media presence of the foundation.
