CityArchRiver Project

The CityArchRiver project was a $380 million renovation of the Gateway Arch National Park and surrounding grounds.  This project was the largest Public-Private Partnership in National Park Service History, the largest amount of private funding ever to go into a National Park ($221 million of the $380 million was private funding) and the first time ever a local population chose to tax themselves to help fund a National Park (St. Louis City and St. Louis County).  

In this project we led the Gateway Arch Park Foundation into a conservancy, assisted in building a strategy, re-branding the Foundation, building a membership program, ran an intensive National and International PR campaign and dramatically grew the social media presence of the foundation.  See some of the great coverage of the work done here, with quotes from Eric Moraczewski, below.
